MY TRIP TO BEAUTIFUL MEXICO - TULUM AND CARRIBEAN SEA.

So I was thinking what comes in the Days after the End of the World?
For me was it a journey to a PARADISE!!
I have never been in such a one. So happy to be there.

I will publish more pictures now, because I really love TULUM and Carribean Sea!!
Yucatan Peninsula.
I landed by bus after Cancun (which I don´t like so much...) in beautiful TULUM!
Tulum is about 145 kilometers south of Cancun and the highway connecting both is well-paved. On the highway I stopped in Playa del Carmen I celebrated the christmas I was writing before this post.
I was invited to Tulum. I didn´t know what for a beauty expects me.
TULUM may be best-known for its ancient Mayan ruins, which attract a steady stream of day-trippers (ufff, a LOT!), cruise passengers and tour buses. Go and buy the ticket already at 8am, not to stay in a queu for hours, after all buses land.  Entrance to the park is $10, which also gives you access to a beach where you can swim beneath the ruins. Guided tours cost extra.
The complex of crumbling structures here is smaller and less impressive than some other Mayan sites like Chichen Itza (well, there is also overcrowded!), but its location atop seaside cliffs is one of the most scenic ruin sites on the Yucatan. The complex is surrounded by a wall (Tulum means wall) and was inhabited for centuries before Spanish colonialists arrived in the early 1500s.
I visited this place in December, it was just for me a perfect weather, not hot...
I couldn´t see here “cenotes,” which are water caves that are part of a network of rivers under the peninsula, but on the other places I traveled. Cenotes is an amazing water cave!! Just a must to see and swim in it...so pure, so relaxing.

TULUM is another Mayan place - there are more and less ruins, but in the amazing surrounding! The Even the Carribean Sea make this overcrowded place of the dramatically situated Maya ruin to a breathtaking place to rest and see the culture so near in one. It is a spectacular coastline – with its confectioner sugar sands, jade-green water, balmy breezes and bright sun – make it one of the top beaches in Mexico (I am sure!). Before I came here I visited almost empty BEAUTIFUL  Isla Holbox (north of Cancún). Oh. I was in paradise!! You must take a boat and after 30 mins you get in Bohemian vibe and natural beauty! It still doesn´t draw an eclectic crowd...

With my Czech friend Dasa happy to have a humurous fellow!

Real men as Mayans... you want to feel the touch of history through this pleasant fake!
!
A bike you can rent everywhere there; in hotel it is fro free... or you can rent for a day for 10 dollars.

This is a habbit or "sport" of the habitants here... I forgot the name of this "sport", I am sorry!
One of the sportlers asks for money... it is alright, but you just spent so much money at every coner!

The Riviera Maya on a shoestring with hotels and on the other side the sea.

Tulum is luxury, but the luxury here is nature and the beach. Even a room costs $150. I had a great luck I slept in a hotel with my Czech friends, there had one place free and then in a house of a friend of my friend, who has there a big house. All was a fortune I am so thankful for. I could feel this unique luxury very near...
AND BACK TO TEH CARRIBEAN SEA!!
I LOVE IT!
I feel sooo good here!
I just feel like new born!!
A DREAMLAND is so near.... I am a sun-seeker to its turquoise waters and white sandy beaches...

There is one big drawback. And what about drinking & eating COCO??

THE ABSOLUTE BEAUTY OF THE CARIBBEAN SEA!!
I was just like in heaven when I saw this beach, this natural hotels  - the mostly "hotels" are just for max. 8 people, there are made from natural materials, no beton or what we can see in the most see resorts over the world, or just in Cancun, the rabbits-houses for thousands tourists... here you are the unique traveler in an unique hotel. The beach is so soft and the ocean so warm and so blue... I have never seen such a natural ocean-beach-beauty! I was so happy being here, thankful to have this unique chance!!

 forgo the luxury digs!

I lent a bike... this was just a great chance to discover fast the surroundings!!
I love bike so I loved the discovery!!
And enjoyed the fruits...served there always fresh!--- just here is a small fake... you know it, don´t you?

My Exotic Christmas on the beach Playa del Carmen....

MY EXOTIC CHRISTMAS IN MEXICO ON THE BEACH!

This is my first exotic - it means in an exotic country - MEXICO - with the exotic weather - SUNSHINE, HOT, flowers and different people - this is my CHRISTMAS 2012!!
You can see the small Xmas Tree with one star... behind the ocean... and on the Beach Playa del Carmen, alone, no tourists... I was lucky, I could spend this exotic time with the Czech people!! They found a place where we could be alone... with the xmas happy mood! - Playa del Carmen is very touristic place but this part of beach was just for us!!

Remember I told you I met them in Chichen Itza, see other post. We were so connected and well amused that the destiny just decided to keep us connected. And when I put the question where are you during Christmas to Dagmas, alias Dasa? Dasa, my Czech soulmate told me: in Tulum or Playa del Carmen... Helas, me too! And we knew we keep it going...
I knew already that my next trip is to Tulum, and Playa del Carmen was just between Cancún and Tulum.
All was made in heaven perfectly, thanks God! Christmas such an important time to be with close people!
I was with my family connected though online, well once I decided for this trip in Mexico I was looking for close people in this Unknown! And we found each other!  There were other mexican people, connected with us, with the Czech soul, they feel similarity with the hispanic one, btw. me too, - we were all dancing and singing the Czech Xmas Songs and eating grilled fishes from the ocean, drinking beer and having a good talk together!!

Almost a full moon was with us...
Happy Christmas, --how strange without a snoooow for me the MiddleEuropean!!
PS: Additionaly I would like to show you some views on Christmas Trees in Los Angeles before I left to Mexico, on the 20th I took some pics:

Shooping rolleys as a tree! i love this masterpiece, does it mean stop shopping!?

MY END OF THE WORLD: 21.12.12. by MAYAS in MEXICO - CHICHEN ITZA

OUR END AND OUR START WITH MAYAS.

THIS WAS MY LAST DAY - THE END OF THE WORLD ACCORDING THE MAYAS OLD CALENDER - ON THE FOOT OF THE MAYA PYRAMID IN CHICHEN ITZA/MEXICO- Yucatan.
December 21st 2012.

This should be a new start for the new age. I was feeling here a very strong power of the creative mankind and the humanity. Though the Mayas were intelligent savages, people, they killed each other, people for their rituals. This is the End of the Mayas culture, calender, this is also the sign of the end of the killing of each other, which we do, in name of power, in name of freedom or democracy, or whatever we choose as a symbol of the war, it is a war and we kill. This should be the end of the killing, and agnostic start for the peaceful, respectful and loving age. How challenging it is under so many cultures, nations and religions, how demanding it is for everyone to keep the peace, or own life... who likes to be killed, belongs not in this new age. I hope people will support each other in their respectful behaviour, and their try to live peacefully and loving. This is the new age to envolve it, time for the spiritual approach, not materialistic to our nature, to the sky.

I was feeling this power there among many thousands people on this place, with this old culture.

- at zijeme v miru na tehle planete!! To je poselstvi ode me zde z Mexika, primo z Chichen Itza, od Majske pyramidy, kde jsem silne citila lidskost, a lidskou kreativitu... a nekonecno....

A miracle: I met Czech people who were the only one I saw how made there peaceful ritual.

Many people crossed here to honour and say goodbye and welcome the new peaceful age,  it means
aswell for Mexico. We beg that this beautiful country and its people find its peace, the guns will be grabbed in the earth and might be destroyed for ever the wars among the drugs.
